改良Stoppa入路在骨盆髋臼骨折手术中的应用

摘要

骨盆和髋臼骨折病情复杂，治疗困难，术野的良好显露是保证手术疗效的关键。改良Stoppa入路因其视野广阔、操作简单、损伤小等特点，近年来在骨盆髋臼骨折手术中应用日益广泛。该文围绕改良Stoppa入路的适应证和禁忌证、手术操作要点、围手术期准备及临床疗效等方面的研究进展进行综述。%Regarding complex conditions and treatment difficulties in pelvic and acetabular fracture, good surgical exposure of the operative field is crucial for the clinical results. Nowadays, modified Stoppa approach is becoming more widely used due to its broad visualization, simple procedure and small injury, etc. In this paper, the current researches of indications and contraindications, surgical techniques, perioperative preparations and clinical results were reviewed surrounding the modified Stoppa approach in the treatment of pelvic and acetabular fractures.
