Objectives: To explore the main working content of community nurses, the various duty roles and related factors, and to provide scientific references for community health care managers to set position for community nurses, to make the duty clear, to provide targeted training for community nurse and to give full play for community nurse role function. Methods: We investigated 195 community nurses in 7 community health service centers by questionnaires. Results: Among 195 nurses, 72.82% nurses mainly did therapeutic work and 32.31% nurses mainly did preventive health care work. The factors restricting community nurse to play duty role function were manpower shortage, deficiency of related knowledge and skills, inadequate comprehensive ability, position limitation, insufficient leader supports and lack of service consciousness. Conclusion: Community nurses' ideas has changed, but they do not fully perform their due role function in community health care. Community health care managers should pay more attention to take effective measures to improve community nurses' comprehensive quality and to give full play for community nurses' role function.%目的:了解目前社区护士的主要工作内容,各种角色职责的履行情况及其相关因素,为社区卫生服务管理者更好地设置社区护士岗位,明确职责,有针对性地对社区护士进行培训,充分发挥社区护士的角色功能提供科学依据.方法:使用问卷方式对北京市7所社区卫生服务中心(站)195名社区护士进行调查.结果:被调查的195名护士中,72.82％主要从事治疗性工作,32.31％从事预防保健工作.制约社区护士履行角色功能的主要因素依次为:人力不足,缺乏相关知识技能,自身综合能力不足,岗位限制,领导支持力度不够,缺乏服务意识等.结论:社区护士的观念已经发生改变,但社区护士在社区卫生服务中没有充分履行其应有的角色职责,应引起社区卫生服务管理者的重视,采取切实可行的措施,提高社区护士的综合素质,以充分发挥其角色功能.
