社区护士情绪智力及影响因素的调查研究

摘要

Abstract：Objective To identify the emotional intelligence(EIS)of community nurses and to analysis its related factors. Methods 〓Totally 200 community nurses were surveyed by using Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS). Results 〓The overall score of EIS was(3.83±0.48). The dimension of “Regulate Emotion” ranked the highest(4.01±0.39)and “Percept Emotion” ranked the lowest(3.63±0.47)in dimensions of EIS. The age, marriage condition, working age and the education background were influencing factors of emotional intelligence, with a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The community nurses in this study possessed a middle level of EI. The working age, education background and other issues, as influencing factors, provide the basis for the further intervention study.
