目的:探讨在开展“优质护理服务示范工程”活动中,临床实习护生的带教难点及对策.方法:随机抽取201 1年7月起在医院实习的护生和带教老师各100名进行问卷调查,问卷共20项内容,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行数据处理.结果:临床带教教师和实习护生认为最重要的前9个条目中有8项相同,但对服务意识、生活护理能力、沟通能力、责任感的培养4个方面的认识差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05).结论:服务意识、生活护理能力、沟通能力、责任感的培养是优质护理服务实践中实习护生带教的难点,应引起重视.%Objective: To explore nursing trainees' teaching difficulty and countermeasure in high quality nursing service practice. Method: We investigated 100 nursing trainees and clinical teachers respectively using 20 items questionnaire by random sampling after our hospital carried out high-quality nursing service in July, 2011. SPSS 13 software was used to analyze data.. Results: Eight items among 9 most important items were identified by both clinical teachers and nursing trainees, but they had different ideas in 4 aspects, service consciousness, life nursing ability, communication ability, and responsibility sense cultivation (P<0.05). Conclusion: Service consciousness, life nursing ability, communication ability, responsibility sense cultivativation were nursing teaching difficulty in high quality nursing service practice and should be paid more attention to.
