优质护理服务实践中实习护生带教难点及对策分析

         

摘要

目的:分析优质护理服务实践中实习护生带教难点及对策。方法回顾性分析2013年1月-2014年12月于该院实习的护生及带教老师各75名,均予以问卷调查,以对比实习护生与带教老师对优质护理服务实践的认识差异,分析带教难点并提出相应对策。结果结果显示,实习护生与带教老师对优质护理服务实践内容的认识相当,两组对内容重要性认识无明显差异(P跃0.05);实习护生与带教老师认为重要的前9项,4项得分存在明显差异。结论服务意识、生活护理、沟通能力及责任感是优质护理服务实践中带教难点,带教老师应重视并加强实习护生能力的培养。%Objective To analyze the quality of care in nursing students practice teaching Difficulties and Countermeasures. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2013-2014 in December in the hospital and nursing students practice with a teacher for each 75, all be questionnaire survey, in contrast to practice nursing students with teaching teachers understanding of high quality nursing service practice, this paper analyzes difficulties in teaching and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Results The survey results show that teaching nursing students and teacher quality care considerable time understanding the con-tent, the importance of understanding the contents of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05); teaching nursing stu-dents and teachers think it is important front nine, four scores were significantly different. Conclusion The service awareness, life care, communication skills and sense of responsibility is the quality of care practice with teaching difficulties, with a teacher train-ing should pay attention to and strengthen the ability of nursing students.
