中职护生早期参加医院内临床及社会实践活动的教学实践与效果

         

摘要

Objective: To explore the effect of secondary vocational nursing students' early participating in the clinical and social practice in the hospital. Methods: We divided the nursing students in Grade 2010 and 2009 into the experimental group and control group. The nursing students in the experimental group participated in hospital social activities from enrolling, at the same time took part in the decentralized clinical probation in the hospital early. The nursing students in control group received traditional teaching method including regular classroom teaching and centralized one-time clinical probation. We compared the scores of the overall graduation, vocational ability, comprehensive quality and teaching mode evaluation of two groups during the latter stage of practice. Results: The scores in the experiment group of all the aspects were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions: Participating in the clinical and social practice early in the hospital could enrich the nursing students' life experience. This trial helps the nursing students strengthen the professional consciousness, promote their vocational ability, comprehensive quality and confidence.%目的:探讨中职护生早期参加医院内临床及社会实践活动的意义与效果.方法:将2010级及2009级护生分为实验组与对照组,对实验组护生从人校开始,有计划地组织其参加医院内社会实践活动,同时实行早期分散式临床见习;对照组护生按照传统的教学方法进行常规课堂教学,课程结束后集中安排一次性见习.在实习后期对两组护生进行毕业总成绩、护生职业能力与综合素质及护生对两种教学模式评价的问卷调查.结果:实验组护生的毕业总成绩优良率、职业能力与综合素质评价得分及对教学模式的评价结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:早期参加医院内临床及社会实践活动丰富了护生的人生经历,有助于强化其职业意识,促进其职业能力、综合素质及自信心的全面提升.
