医学生患者安全知识和态度现状及教育需求调查

         

摘要

目的:调查医学生的患者安全知识和态度现状及患者安全教育开展和需求情况.方法:采用便利抽样法,选取天津市3所医学院校727名医学生为研究对象,采用"医学本科生对患者安全的知识、态度及教育需求调查表"进行横断面调查.结果:医学生患者安全知识得分为(9.43±1.65)分,家中是否有医务工作者、年级和性别是其影响因素(P<0.05);患者安全态度得分为(63.53±21.26)分,学校和专业是其影响因素(P<0.05);49.4%的医学生表示学校开设了患者安全教育相关内容,96.0%认为自己的患者安全知识仍须加强,74.7%最希望开展案例讨论式培训.结论:医学院校患者安全教育情况尚不容乐观,学校与医院应注意协同合作,通过案例讨论及网络教学等多种形式开展针对性培训教育.%Objective: To explore the medical students' cognition and attitude toward patient safety and the current status and demand of patient safety education. Methods: Using convenience sampling method, 727 medical students from 3 medical colleges in Tianjin were selected, and a cross-sectional investigation was conducted with "the questionnaire on knowledge, attitudes and educational needs of patient safety for medical students". Results: The score of patient safety knowledge of medical students was 9.43±1.65, and whether parents are medical staff, grade and gender were its influencing factors (P<0.05). The score of patient's safety attitude was 63.53±21.26, and school and specialty were its influencing factors (P<0.05). And 49.4% of the students said there was related education about patient safety in their school,while 96.0% of the students thought their patient safety knowledge should be strengthened,and 74.7% students take case discussion as the optimum form for training. Conclusion: The development of patient safety courses in 3 medical colleges in Tianjin is still not optimistic. Schools and hospitals should pay more attention to cooperation and targeted training and education should be carried out through case discussion, network teaching and so on.
