HIV感染者/AIDS病人配偶告知的可行性分析

摘要

综合现场调查和相关研究结果,分析了艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人的配偶告知的必要性和可行性,总结了实行告知的主要工作模式和具体内容,明确了政策的实施效果,并在此基础上,提出了实施配偶告知工作的保障条件:出台告知政策,加强告知工作人员的能力培训,把配偶告知与配偶检测工作结合起来.%By combining field investigation and relative other study results, this study analyzed the necessity and feasibility of spousal notification among people living with HIV/ AIDS, summarized the model and content of spousal notification policy, defined the effectiveness of the policy implementation. Then supporting measures were proposed as follow: establishing spousal notification policy; enhancing the training of the staff; combining spousal notification with spousal testing.
