卫生职业院校医学伦理学教学面临的困境及对策

摘要

医学伦理学教学在卫生高职人才培养中起着至关重要的作用,但是当前卫生职业院校医学伦理学教学面临着一些困境.通过揭示目前卫生职业院校医学伦理学教学面临的主要问题,从认识定位、课程内容、创新方法 、稳定队伍、研究交流等方面提出了彰显医学伦理学教学价值的对策.%Medical ethics teaching plays a vital role in higher health vocational talents training. However, the current medical ethics teaching in health vocational colleges is faced with unsatisfactory situations. This paper reveals the several major problems of current medical ethics teaching in health vocational colleges. Some counter-measures are also put forward in order to exert the values of medical ethics teaching, including understanding positioning, curriculum content, innovative methods, stable team building, academic research and exchange, and etc.
