患方视角下医患关系的影响因素分析及政策探讨

摘要

From the view of patients'side, the authors analyze the influencial factors on physician -patient relationship, and find out main influencial factors including medical expenses, medical quality, patients ' choice of medical service, level of physician - patient trust, medical malpractice and so on. Measures were also discussed for debasing the medical expenses, improving the medical quality, protecting patients' right of informed consent.%从患方视角对医患关系的影响因素进行分析,发现医疗费用、医疗质量、患者就医选择、医患信任度、医疗行业不正之风等对医患关系有影响,并对降低医疗费用、提高医疗质量、尊重患者的知情同意权等重点措施进行了探讨.
