公共卫生专业大学生艾滋病知信行现状研究

摘要

Objective;To investigate the current status of AIDS related knowledge, attitude, belief and practice in public health professional medical students. Methods: Cluster sampling was used to select 412 students major in public health, their AIDS related knowledge and attitudes were surveyed by an anonymous questionnaire. Results: The college students had a high score for AIDS elementary knowledge and the dissemination ways, however, for other knowledge, needs to be further improved. 89.6% of them felt nervous and fear of AIDS or HIV infection. Only 45. 8% are willing to work for AIDS patients/infection treatment. Conclusions: The misunderstanding toward AIDS related knowledge and attitudes still exist among college students. It is necessary to carry out further knowledge and health education of occupation morals.%目的 研究公共卫生专业医学生艾滋病相关知识、态度和伦理问题.方法 采取整群抽样的方法抽取412名公共卫生专业大学生进行艾滋病相关知识、态度基线调查.结果 该专业大学生对于艾滋病基本知识、传播途径知识得分较高,但对于非传播途径,个别知识有待于进一步提高.对于艾滋病患者/感染者,89.6％的大学生感到恐惧,45.8％的大学生愿意对艾滋病患者/感染者进行治疗.结论 公共卫生专业大学生对艾滋病的认识仍有误区,有必要进一步开展相关知识和职业道德及伦理学教育.
