基于结构方程模型的艾滋病高发区大学生艾滋病知信行作用路径研究

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the relationship and action mechanism between AIDS knowledge,attitudes and behaviors among college students in high risk areas,and to provide scientific basis for AIDS health education in colleges. Methods Through self-designed questionnaire and stratified cluster sampling method,college students in Guilin City were investigated,and structural equation model was conducted by AMOS 22. 0 software. Results The χ2 value of structural equation model was 336. 59,ν = 183,χ2 /ν = 1. 84 (P < 0. 01). The adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI),approximation error root mean square (RMSEA),root mean square residuals (RMR) was 0. 96,0. 028,0. 01,respectively, the model and data had reasonably good fit. The coefficient of total effect of knowledge on behavior was 0. 232,and the direct effect was-0. 333,the indirect effect through attitude was 0. 565. The coefficient of direct effect of AIDS related attitudes on behavior was 0. 931,and the standardized effect coefficient of knowledge on the attitude was 0. 607. Conclusion As a whole,the knowledge and attitude had positive effects on behavior,and knowledge had a positive effect on attitude. However,the direct effect of knowledge on behavior of college students in high incidence area was negative. There was inconsistent phenomenon between the knowledge and behavior among the college students.%目的 分析艾滋病高发地区大学生预防艾滋病的认知、态度与行为之间的关系与作用机制,为更好地开展高校预防艾滋病健康教育工作提供科学依据.方法 自行编制调查问卷、采用分层整群抽样的方法对桂林市高校大学生进行现场调查,通过AMOS 22.0软件进行结构方程模型的构建与分析.结果 艾滋病知信行结构方程模型的χ2值为336.59,ν = 183,χ2/ν = 1.84 (P<0.01); 调整的拟合优度指数(AGFI) 近似误差均方根(RMSEA) 、均方根残差(RMR) 等模型拟合指标分别为0.96、0.028、0.01,模型与数据的拟合程度较好.认知因素对行为的总效应系数为0.232,其中直接作用系数为-0.333、通过态度产生的间接效应系数为0.565,艾滋病相关态度对行为的直接作用系数为0.931,认知因素对态度的标化后的效应系数为0.607.结论 总体上认知和态度对行为产生积极的正向作用,认知对态度也具有较强的正向作用.但艾滋病高发区大学生的认知对行为的直接作用是负向的,大学生存在着知行不统一的现象.
