三维动态仿真技术在DNA合成仪研制中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To induce the three-dimensional dynamic simulation technology into the development process and analyze the application technique and value in order to improve the develop efficiency of multicenter and high throughput DNA synthesizer. Methods In the case of the main part cabin of the DNA synthesizer, the three-dimensional computer-aided design process was analyzed, and the method of dynamic optimization and dynamic assembly simulation based on three -dimensional solid model are studied. The three -dimensional dynamic simulation used in DNA synthesizer was discussed and the potential application value of the technique was prospected. Results The dynamic optimization and dynamic assembly simulation of DNA synthesizer cabin was carried out. The three-dimensional computer-aided design process was complemented and it could be consulted for the dynamic simulation of apparatus and instrument like DNA synthesizer. Conclusion The use of dynamic simulation technique can improve the develop efficiency of DNA synthesizer. It can make sense to scheme constitution and optimization of assembly, design, manufacture and cost. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(5) :25-27,36]%目的:为了提高多通道高通量DNA合成仪的设计开发效率,将三维动态仿真技术引入到研制过程,分析其应用方法和应用价值.方法:以DNA合成仪的关键部件合成舱为例,分析了三维计算机辅助设计流程,在三维实体建模基础上研究了动态优化分析和动态装配仿真方法,探讨三维动态仿真技术在DNA合成仪中的应用方法,展望动态仿真技术的潜在应用价值.结果:实现了DNA合成仪合成舱的动态优化分析和动态装配仿真,完善了三维计算机辅助设计技术的设计流程,为DNA合成仪等仪器设备的动态仿真提供参考方法.结论:应用动态仿真技术可提高DNA合成仪的研制效率,对设计方案制定及装配优化、设计优化、制造优化、成本优化有重要意义.
