家庭医生随访信息系统的设计与应用

摘要

Objective To design a follow-up information system for the family physician to perform real-time data uploading and accessing through the mobile devices.Methods The progress of follow-up inforamitazation was analyzed,along with the mode,method and flow of the family physician.The follow-up information system was developed with the technologies of 3G,VPN and Tablet PC application development.Results The work efficiency and quality of the family physician were both enhanced greatly.Conclusion The family physician follow-up information system is applicable to the community health service center and country hospitals in China.%目的:通过设计和应用随访信息系统,实现家庭医生入户开展随访工作时能够通过移动设备实时上传随访信息和查阅以往数据.方法:分析目前国内家庭医生随访工作信息化的发展情况,介绍一种随访信息系统的设计过程,并举例说明实际应用的情况.结果:通过信息化改造,提高了家庭医生入户随访的工作效率和工作质量.结论:实践证明,这种方法成本低廉、易于管理、安全稳定,广泛适用于国内各社区卫生服务中心和乡镇医院.
