The member 3 and a non-member 6 can browse the homepage 2, execute general medical consultation by using the homepage 2, and acquire information on a medicine or the like. The member 3 transmits an electronic mail to the management center 1, and the management center 1 accumulates the received electronic mail in the server 1a. A home doctor 5 checks career data of each member and executes medical examination of the member. An advice based on the result of the check by the home doctor 5 is transmitted to the management center 1 by the electronic mail. The management center 1 transmits the received advice to the member 3 by the electronic mail.
