非创伤性充填技术治疗小儿龋齿的临床效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨分析非创伤性充填技术治疗小儿龋齿的临床应用效果.方法 选取2015年6月至2016年6月期间在山东中医药大学第二附属医院就诊的龋齿患儿120例,乳磨牙共患龋150颗,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为试验组和对照组两组,各60例,对照组龋齿72颗,采用传统充填修复治疗;试验组龋齿78颗,采用非创伤性充填修复治疗,比较两组患儿充填修复治疗后1年的充填物脱落情况及继发龋发生情况.结果 完成充填修复治疗后半年复查,对照组充填物完整保留率明显低于试验组(χ2=4.67,P<0.05),其充填物部分脱落率、全部脱落率及继发龋发生率均明显高于试验组(χ2值分别为6.48、4.38、5.64,均P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义.充填修复治疗完成后1年复查,试验组患儿充填物完整保留率明显高于同期对照组(χ2=6.53, P<0.05),且其充填物部分脱落率、全部脱落率及继发龋发生率也均明显低于同期对照组水平(χ2值分别为5.38、5.11、7.84,均P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义.结论 非创伤性充填技术用于治疗小儿龋齿疗效显著,可明显降低患儿的继发龋发生率,同时有效保障充填体的使用寿命,提供临床治疗龋齿的有效充填率,减少充填体脱落的发生.%Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of application of modified noninvasive filling therapy on children with dental caries.Methods A total of 150 dental caries in 120 children during June 2015 to June 2016 treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table with 60 cases in each group.A total of 72 decayed teeth in the control group were repaired and treated with conventional filling therapy,while 78 decayed teeth in the experimental group were repaired and treated with modified noninvasive filling therapy.The shedding of filling material and occurrence of secondary caries of children in two groups were compared within 1 year after filling repair treatment.Results In the reexamination performed at the first half year after completing filling repair treatment,the complete retention rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group(χ2=4.67,P<0.05),while its partial abscission rate and total abscission rate of the filling material and the incidence of secondary caries were significantly higher than those of the experimental group(χ2value was 6.48,4.38 and 5.64, respectively,all P< 0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.In the reexamination performed at 1 year after completing filling repair treatment,the complete retention rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group treated at the same period(χ2=6.53,P<0.05),and its partial abscission rate and total abscission rate of the filling material as well as the incidence of secondary caries were significantly lower in the experimental group(χ2value was 5.38,5.11 and 7.84,respectively,all P< 0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The modified noninvasive filling therapy is of significant effect in the treatment of children with dental caries,which can obviously reduce the incidence of secondary caries,effectively ensure the service time of the filling material,improve effective filling rate of dental caries in clinics and reduce the shedding of filling material.
