鸭疫里默氏菌明胶酶对小鸭部分血液指标影响

摘要

Ten-day-old healthy ducklings were injected with gelatinase of Riemerella anatipestifer(RA) by jugular vein and some blood parameters of the ducklings were detected at 3, 6, 9 and 12 hours post-injection. The populations of red blood cell (RBC), white blood cell(WBC) and lymphocyte(LT) were much lower, the activities of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT), glutamic pyruvate transaminase(GPT), alkalin phosphatase(ALP)and the concentrations of total cholesterol and glucose were much higher than those in negative control group and blank control group. The results showed that the gelatinase of RA affected some blood parameters of ten-day-old duckling.%用鸭疫里默氏菌明胶酶以颈静脉方式注射10日龄健康鸭,于注射后3、6、9、12 h测定部分血液指标.结果显示,注射明胶酶后雏鸭红细胞、白细胞和淋巴细胞数量显著减少(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清谷草/谷丙转氨酶活性、碱性磷酸酶活性及总胆固醇和血清葡萄糖水平显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01).结果表明,鸭疫里默氏菌明胶酶对10日龄鸭的谷草转氨酶等血液指标影响明显.
