彩超对胆囊良恶性疾病的鉴别诊断

摘要

Objective　To evaluate the value of differential diagnosis of color Doppler ultrasonography in the malignant from the benign disease of the gallbladder.Methods　The color blood flow and resistance index (RI) within masses in the gallbladder were measured in 40 cases of primary carcinoma of the gallbladder and 30 cases of benign lesions of the gallbladder. All cases were confirmed pathologically.Results　Both the displaying rate of color blood flow and resistance index in the malignant group of the gallbladder were all higher than those in the benign group of the gallbladder.Conclusions　The application of color Doppler ultrasonography helps to differentiate primary carcinoma of the gallbladder from benign lesions of the gallbladder.%目的　评价彩色多普勒超声对胆囊良恶性疾病的鉴别诊断价值。方法　观察40例胆囊癌和30例胆囊良性病变内血供，测定病变内动脉阻力指数（RI）。结果　胆囊癌组病灶内血流显示率及RI均明显高于良性病变组（P<0.01）。结论　彩色多普勒超声对胆囊良恶性疾病有鉴别诊断价值。
