This paper uses Litchi chinensis Sonn. cv. ‘Shuangjianyuhebao’ as test materials to analyse the effect of bagging on internal and external fruit quality. The results showed that bagging can improve the fruit appearance and reduce sugar content, total sugar content. It can also reduce pericarp weight and seed weight, so bagging is an effective measure to increase fruit quality and commdity.%以‘双肩玉荷包’荔枝为试材,研究套袋处理对果实内在品质和外观的影响。结果表明,套袋能改善‘双肩玉荷包’荔枝果实外观,并能提高还原糖、总糖含量,降低果皮质量与种子质量,提高可食率,是提高果实综合品质和商品性的一项有效措施。
