目的：分析初次鼻内镜手术与修正性鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的疗效对比。方法：选取我院收治的45例修正性鼻内镜手术与45例初次鼻内镜手术患者为研究对象，回顾性分析采用2种不同手术对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的治疗效果。结果：初次鼻内镜手术组治疗有效率为93．3％（42／45）；修正性鼻内镜手术组治疗有效率为95．6％（43／45），2组间比较无显著差异（P＞0．05）。结论：在对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者采用手术治疗的同时，结合熟练的技术，同时做好围术期的护理，2种手术均能达到很好的治疗效果。%Objcetive:To analyze the first nasal endoscopic surgery and modified nasal endoscopic surgical treatment the curative effect of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp.Methods:Our hospital 45 cases of modified nasal endoscopic surgery and 45 patients with primary nasal endoscopic surgery as the research object, using two different surgery were retrospectively analyzed for the treatment of chronic sinus-itis and nasal polyp.Results:the primary nasal endoscopic surgery group , effective rate was 93.3%(42/45);Modified nasal endoscopic surgery group, effective rate was 95.6%(43/45), comparison between the two groups had no significant difference (P >0.05).Con-clusion:In patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp with surgical treatment at the same time, combined with skilled technology, completes the perioperative nursing at the same time, two kinds of operation can achieve good treatment effect.
