经棘突内固定技术在脊柱疾病治疗中的应用

摘要

随着各种内固定技术的发展,经棘突内固定技术在临床中的应用逐渐减少,但其在脊柱内固定技术中仍占有一定的地位,并且国内外目前仍在不断研制新的棘突内固定器械.该技术主要用于其他内固定技术的辅助固定;另外,在某些脊柱不稳的患者,新型的棘突器械将成为可以优先考虑的治疗手段.现回顾经棘突内固定的发展历史、经典技术以及最新的内固定机械的研发情况.%With the development of internal fixation techniques, the application of internal fixation of spinous process gradually reduces; however, it still occupies certain position within spinal internal fixation techniques, and furthermore,new internal fixator of spinous process are ceaselessly developed nationally and internationally at present. This technique is mainly applied as accessorial fixation to other internal fixation techniques; in addition, for those patients with unstable spines, new types of interspinous fixator could be considered with priority in the selection of the therapeutic methods. In this paper, we reviewed the development history, typical techniques and the research and development(R & D) conditions of the latest internal fixator of the internal fixation of spinous process.
