3 ,3′-Dis-bromo oxetane was synthesized by microwave-assisted phase transfer catalytic reac-tion of tribromoneopentyl alcohol ( TBNPA ) catalyzed by tetrabutylammonium bromide ( TBAB ) . The structure was confirmed by 1 H NMR and FT-IR. The optimum reaction conditions were as followed:TBNPA 0. 02 mol, c(NaOH) was 10 mol·L-1, the molar ratio of TBNPA to TBAB was 100 ∶3, re-action under microwave(120 W) for 30 min, the yield was 89%.%以三溴新戊醇( TBNPA)为原料,四丁基溴化铵( TBAB)为催化剂,在微波辅助下通过相转移催化合成了3,3′-双溴甲基环氧丁烷(BBMO),其结构经1H NMR和FT-IR确证。最优反应条件为: TBNPA 0.02 mol, n(TB-NPA)∶n(TBAB)为100∶3,氢氧化钠溶液浓度为10 mol·L-1,微波(120 W)辐射反应30 min, BBMO收率89%。
