论后医疗管理在现代医院管理中的作用

摘要

Post medical management, which was hastened by the philosophy of people-oriented management, is the extension of hospital service. As one of the most effective methods for hospitals to strengthen their competitive power, its importance is self-evident. After summarized the post medical management, based on the explanation of the current problems of this new method, this paper discussed its efficiency in modern hospital management from four aspects, which are forge service prestige, equal information unbalance, make medical service more available, and decrease medical expenses.%医院实施人本管理催生的后医疗管理,是对在院患者服务的拓展和延伸,作为医院增强竞争软实力的有效手段,对医院生存发展的重要性不言而喻.对后医疗管理进行了概述,并在阐述我国医院开展后医疗管理所存在问题的基础上,着重从打造服务品牌、平衡信息不对称、增强服务可及性、节省医疗支出4方面论述了后医疗管理在现代医院管理中的作用.
