To easily and efficiently update master data in a medical management system.SOLUTION: A medical management system including a server for managing a plurality of master data includes: an input reception part for receiving a selection instruction to select one master data among the plurality of master data, and an update instruction to the selected master data from a user; an operation history holding part for holding a series of selection instructions related to update of the plurality of master data as selection history data; and an operation assistance part for specifying one master data on the basis of the selection history data, and presenting the specified master data as an object of a selection instruction when the input reception part receives a selection instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
