不同层次护理专业学生成就动机与学业自我效能感关系的研究

     

摘要

Objectives To investigate the relationship between achievement motivation and academic self-efficacy of different levels of nursing students by means of mclelland's achievement motivation theory and the principle of self-efficacy. Methods We conducted a survey on 750 nursing students of different levels by means of achievement motivation scale and academic self-efficacy questionnaire. Results There were significantly difference in the achievement motivation and academic self-efficacy among nursing undergraduate students, college students, secondary school students(P<0. 05), pursuing success motivation and synthesis motivation were positively correlated with two factors of self-efficacy, avoiding fail motivation was negatively correlated with two factors of self-motivation. Conclusions There is close correlation between achievement motivation and academic self-efficacy of different levels of nursing students. Nursing educators and psychologists should set up sound aim modified educational method, construct good environmental atmosphere. In the process of teaching, the teacher should constantly encourage student, strength ability of resistance to frustration and willpower development, improve the level of self-efficacy and achievement motivation.%目的 运用麦克利兰的成就动机理论和自我效能感的原理,对不同层次的护理学生进行成就动机和学业自我效能感关系研究.方法 运用成就动机量表和学业自我效能感问卷对某医学院750名不同教育层次的护理学生进行问卷调查.结果 护理本科、专科、中专学生在成就动机与学业自我效能感方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).追求成功动机、合成动机与自我效能的两个因子呈正相关,避免失败动机与自我效能的两个因子呈负相关.结论 不同教育层次的护理学生成就动机与学业自我效能感之间存在密切相关性.护理教育和心理工作者应设置合理的目标改进教育方法、营造良好的环境氛围,教师在教学过程中,应不断鼓励学生,加强学生的抗挫能力和意志力培养,提高学生学业自我效能感和成就动机水平.
