某综合性大学新生心理适应状况调查

             

摘要

目的 了解高校新生的心理适应现状,为大学生心理健康教育提供依据.方法采用中国大学生适应量表(CCSAS)对某高校4 866名大学新生进行现场调查.结果 新生中国大学生适应量表的7个维度标准分及总分均高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);文史类、大城市及独生子女新生总体适应水平较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男女生适应能力在总体上差异无统计学意义,但男生在校园生活、自我适应方面明显优于女生;文史类学生在人际关系、学习适应、校园生活、择业上都好于理工类学生;农村来源大学生在适应维度上仅仅学习适应好于城市学生.结论 在校新生心理适应水平总体良好,群体间存在一定差异;应关注特殊群体,提高他们的适应能力.%Objectives To investigate the mental adaptability of freshmen in a comprehensive university, and to give advice on mental health education in colleges and universities.Methods 4 866 freshmen were investigated on-the-spot with Chinese College Student Adaptation Scale (CCSAS).Results The standard scores of each factor and total scores for the freshmen were obviously higher than those of the national norm (P<0.05).The adaptabilities of literature and history students, students from large cities and the only-child were higher than others (P<0.05).The average scores for the girls were significantly lower than those of the boys in respect of their adaptability to campus life and self-adaptation.The average scores for the literature and history students were significantly higher than those of the technology students in respect of their adaptability to interpersonal relationship, learning, campus life and career-adaptation.The average score for students from rural was higher than those from large cities in only one respect of their adaptability to learn-adaptation.Conclusions The mental adaptation of freshmen in the comprehensive university was in good conditions.However, there are differences among groups, and attention should be paid on the special groups to improve their adaptabilities.
