咸宁市296例社区老年人生命质量及其影响因素分析

摘要

目的：了解咸宁市社区老年人生命质量及其影响因素，为提高老年人生命质量提供科学依据。方法应用 SF-36生命质量量表对咸宁市296名60岁及以上的老年人进行问卷调查。结果咸宁市老年人生命质量的总分和各个维度的得分均低于中国常模(P <0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示，疾病数量较多、未婚/离异/丧偶和高龄老年人的生命质量低于疾病数量较少、已婚和低龄老年人(P <0.05)；经济收入较高老年人的生命质量高于经济收入较低者(P <0.05)。结论咸宁市老年人生命质量较低，应采取多种措施提高其生命质量，尤其需要关注慢性疾病较多、高龄、低收入和无配偶老年人。%Objectives To explore quality of life(QOL)and its influencing factors of the elderly in Xianning city and to provide scientific reference for better QOL.Methods SF-36 scale was used to analyze QOL of 296 elderly in Xianning city.Results The scores of QOL were significant lower than the national norm in China(P <0.05).Multi-ple linear regression analysis showed that the QOL for the elderly who were unmarried/divorced/widowed(β'=-0.1 50),older elderly(β'=-0.134)and in bad disease condition(β'=-0.310)were worse than the elderly who were married,younger and in better disease condition(P <0.05).The elderly with high economic status had better QOL than the elderly with low economic status(P <0.05).Conclusions The QOL of the elderly in Xianning was worse than that for normal people.Many measures should be taken to enhance QOL of the elderly and more attention should be paid on elderly with worse QOL.
