船用蒸汽发生器水位的模糊自适应 PID 控制

         

摘要

To improve the performance of steam generators in water level control,an adaptive fuzzy PID level controller for steam generators is designed based on the fundamentals of fuzzy control theory. The fuzzy inference system of the controller is capable of on-line auto-tuning of PID parameters by making use of the water level error and error rate. To validate the design,simulation models of the steam generator were first established resorting to the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform,and experiments on the fuzzy adaptive PID level control system were then conducted under an operating condition with 30% drop in steam load steps. The results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control,compared with the conventional PID control mode,reduces overshoot and shortens regulating time by approximately 35% and 50%,respec⁃tively,which improves the overall control performance of the level control system.%  为了改善蒸汽发生器水位控制的控制效果,根据模糊控制的基本原理,设计了蒸汽发生器的模糊自适应 PID 水位控制器,该控制器的模糊推理系统能够根据水位误差与误差变化率对 PID 参数进行在线整定。借助Matlab/Simulink 仿真平台,建立蒸汽发生器的仿真模型,对模糊自适应 PID 水位控制进行试验验证,计算工况为蒸汽负荷阶跃下降30%。结果表明,与常规 PID 控制相比,模糊自适应 PID 控制的超调量减小了约35%,调节时间缩短了约50%,提高了水位控制系统的控制品质。
