一种基于FPGA的旋转机械非接触双向红外信号传输系统的实现

     

摘要

An implementation scheme of non-contact, infrared, bidirectional, signal transmission system for rotary machines is introduced. By synthesising a bit synchronization receiving circuit of rate at 2 Mbit/s inside the FPGA,the data receiving and storage are fulfilled from rotary side by FIR transmission stably and reliably. Then the data are sent to application program through PCI interface where it can be analyzed and displayed in real time. Furthermore,the application program can also send operation commands and data to control the actuator(driving element)on the rotary machine according to the analysis result. The signal transmission experiments are carried out under the case while the rotor is not rotated and the experiments show that the non-contact signal transmission is reliable and yields few errors.%详细介绍了一种旋转机械上非接触红外信号双向传输系统的实现方案.它通过在FPGA内部综合出快速的数字同步接收电路来实现对FIR红外传输数据稳定、可靠地接收和缓存,并将数据通过固定侧的PCI接口传输给应用程序,完成对旋转件上待测量的采集和分析.根据分析结果,也可以由应用程序发出相应操作命令和数据,对旋转件上的激励元件进行反馈控制.该方案在旋翼静态条件下进行了试验,结果表明,信号传输可靠,误码率极低.
