依达拉奉联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of edaravone combined with Batroxobin on acute cere-bral infarction.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital was performed ,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,50 cases each group.The patients of the observation group were given edaravone and Batroxobin ,30 mg twice daily intravenous in-fusion of edaravone ,continuous medication for 10 days ,the first intravenous infusion 10U Batroxobin ,and then intravenous in-fusion 5U batroxobin on 3d ,5d ,respectively ;control group was treated only with batroxobin ,first infusion 10U batroxobin , and then intravenously 5U batroxobin on 3d ,5d ,respectively. After treatment of 14 ,21 ,90d and ,three months ,neurological deficit scores and Barthel index of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment of 14 ,21 ,90d and three months ,the differences of neurological deficit scores and Barthel index of patients between the two groups were statistical sig-nificant (P<0.05).After treatment ,the plasma fibrinogen levels of two groups were apparently decreased ,but no difference between two groups was found(P>0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with Batroxobin on acute cerebral infarction has good clinical efficacy ,can improve the prognosis of patients ,and is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨依达拉奉联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析2011-01-2013-01我院收治的100例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料，随机分为观察组与对照组各50例，观察组给予依达拉奉联合巴曲酶治疗，依达拉奉30mg静滴，2次/d，连续用药10d，首次巴曲酶10U静滴，3d、5d分别再静滴5U ；对照组给予巴曲酶首次10U 静滴，3 d、5 d分别再静滴5 U。对比2组患者14、21、90 d后神经功能缺损评分以及3个月时的Barthel指数评分。结果2组14、21、90 d后神经功能缺损的评分以及3个月时Barthel指数评分比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后2组患者的血浆纤维蛋白原含量均出现明显降低，但2组间比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论依达拉奉联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死具有良好的临床疗效，可改善患者预后，值得临床推广应用。
