阿立哌唑联合心理疗法治疗儿童抽动障碍研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of aripiprazole combined with psychological therapy in the treatment of child tic disorder.Methods A total of 180 children with tic disorder were randomly divided into control group(treated by tiapride hydrochloride),group A(treated by single aripiprazole)and group B(treated by aripiprazole combined with psychological therapy),60 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy was assessed by using Yale Global Tic Severityb Scale(YGTSS)at 2nd,4th and 8th week after treatment.Results The total effective rate showed no significant differences among the three groups(P>0.05),while the GYTSS scores at 2nd,4th and 8th week after treatment presented statistical differences among all groups(P<0.05).The adverse events in study group were obviously lower than those in control group.Conclusion Aripiprazole which can reduce YGTSS scores and the occurrence rate of adverse reactions has a high effect on treating child tic disorder.Aripiprazole plus psychological therapy has better clinical efficacy than single therapy.%目的 探讨阿立哌唑联合心理疗法治疗儿童抽动障碍的疗效与安全性.方法 将符合标准的180例儿童抽动障碍随机分为盐酸硫必利组、阿立哌唑组、阿立哌唑联合心理治疗组各60例,以治疗前及治疗第2周、4周、8周为评估时点,采用《耶鲁抽动严重程度量表》(YGTSS)评估.结果 3组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周、4周、8周后,3组YGTSS评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应显著低对照组(P<0.05).结论 阿立哌唑治疗儿童抽动障碍,能降低YGTSS评分,降低不良反应,联合心理疗法效果更佳.
