Objective To explore early diagnosis, treatment of gastrointestinal complications after cardiac surgery in adults.Methods In the last 7 years, 834 patients with open heart surgery were observed. The data of patients with gastrointestinal complications after cardiac surgeries were analyzed retrospectively. Results Sixteen gastrointestinal complications occurred post -oper-atively(1.9%). The mortality was 25% (4/16). The most common events were gastrointestinal bleeding (10/16). Eight were located in upper gastrointestinal tract and two cases were located in lower gastrointestinal tract. The other events were acute panereatifis(one case), hepatic dysfunction(two cases), cholecystitis(three cases). Conclusion The mortality of gastrointestinal complications after cardiac surgeries is very high, early diagnosis and prompt treatment are essential for the outcome of the patients.%目的 探讨心脏手术后并发胃肠道并发症的诊断及处理方法.方法 回顾性分析7年间834例成人心脏手术后胃肠道并发症患者的临床资料.结果 16例出现消化道并发症,发病率1.9%(16/834),病死率为25%(4/16).上消化道出血者8例,下消化道出血2例.急性胰腺炎1例,急性胆囊炎2例,肝功能不全3例.结论 心脏手术后消化道并发症发生率不高,但病死率高.早期诊断、治疗可取得较好的效果.
