本文对62例小儿腹部手术前、后血液内15种、血清内5种微量元素进行测定,结果仅肠造瘘9例患儿关瘘术后3天全血铜值低于手术后7天值(P<0.05),其它各元素术前与术后3、7天相比均无差异(P>0.05).%Fifteen trace-elements in blood and five trace-elements in serum were determined in 62 patients, before and after an abdominal operation, which includes radical operation of Hirschsprung's disease, surgery of neonatal acute abdomen, and closure of enterostomy. There is no statistically significant difference,in all findings, between pre-and post-operative specimens of serum or blood, except the blood Cu becoming lower on tie third day than on the 7th day postoperatively. The cause of such a lowering is explained in the light of the function of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn and Sr in human body. The absence of change in all trace-elements in this study is probably due to the effect of our ordinary routine pre-and post-operative treatment, such as the correction of anemia and electrolyte imbalace and so on.Therefore it is unnecessary to give any additional trace-elements within the first week after operation.
