FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: clinical signs of disease are detected, level of erythrocytes with microneclei is determined in child's peripheral blood, blood is analysed in order to determine content of lipid peroxidation product - malondialdehyde and in order to determine activity of antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase. If value of erythrocytes with microneclei is higher than 0.22%, level of malon dialdehyde increase is higher than 0.7 mcM/l and of superoxide dismutase is higher than 0.6 conv.units, genome instability in child with infantile cerebral paralysis with periventricular leukomalacia is determined.;EFFECT: increase of treatment efficiency.;1 ex, 2 tbl, 4 dwg
