Wnt信号通路与BMP-2信号通路能够促进成骨细胞的分化和成骨细胞分泌的胞外基质的生物矿化,在这一过程中起着极其重要的作用.本文主要综述了,近年来对这两条信号通路研究的最新进展.%Wnt signal transduction pathway and BMP-2 signal transduction pathway are important for osteoblastic differentiation and biomineralization. They are played important role in this process. This article major summarized some newest progression about this two signal transduction pathway.
