The device (1) has a plate-shaped base body (2) i.e. circular ring, comprising two receiving- and guiding units (6, 7) at its upper and lower sides (3, 5) for receiving and guiding two intersecting cables (8, 9), respectively. The receiving- and guiding units are rotatably arranged opposite to each other around an axis that is perpendicular to the base body. The receiving- and guiding units have open guiding channels (12, 13) running parallel to the upper and lower sides, respectively, where the guiding channels are formed as snapping devices.
