“重大新药创制”大平台在药学相关化学学科的发展态势——基于科学计量学的视角

“十一五”期间,国家全面启动了“重大新药创制专项”,在全国范围内布局了15个“综合性新药研究开发技术大平台”,旨在全面提升我国的新药创制能力.本研究试通过InCitesTM数据库,定量分析各大平台承担机构2001-2010年在药学相关化学学科发表论文的各项计量学指标的变化趋势,评估各机构10年间在学科研究领域中的发展态势.结果显示各机构在4个化学学科占学科发文百分比整体上特别是2006年之后呈逐年上升趋势,部分机构的学科影响力2006年之后有所上升.研究能为国家“重大新药创制专项”的绩效评估以及各机构制订学科发展策略提供客观的参考依据.%The National Major New Drug Creation Program aims to comprehensively enhance the capacity in novel drug design and development in China, and to establish 15 comprehensive platforms. We analyzed the scientometric indicators of the comprehensive platforms in pharmacy-related chemical subjects from 2001 to 2010. Results revealed that after 2006 all the platforms have obtained significant development in number of publications; and many platforms obtained significant development in subjects' impact. The results will provide a novel insight for the achievement assessments of national program and formulating the subjects' developmental strategies.
