普瑞巴林治疗咖啡因依赖1例

摘要

目的:报道普瑞巴林治疗咖啡因急性戒断的疗效.方法:在咖啡因依赖患者的急性戒断期服用普瑞巴林.结果:服用普瑞巴林225 mg·d-1能够改善咖啡因依赖的急性戒断症状.结论:普瑞巴林可能通过抑制N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸(NMDA)受体作用改善咖啡因依赖的急性戒断症状,具体作用机制有待进一步研究.%Objective:To report the efficacy of pregabalin for the treatment of acute withdrawal caffeine dependence. Methods: One patient with acute withdrawal symptoms of caffeine dependence was given pregabalin. Results; Taking pregabalin 225 mg·d -1 can improve the acute withdrawal symptoms of caffeine dependence. Conclusion ; Pregabalin may inhibit 7V-methyl-D-aspartic acid ( NMDA) receptor thus improve the acute withdrawal symptoms of caffeine dependence, and the specific mechanism needs further research.
