The present invention refers to a new synergistic pharmaceutical combination of an antihyperalgesic, antiallodynic and anti-inflammatory agent, wherein the antihyperalgesic, antiallodynic agent is pregabalin, and the anti-inflammatory agent is Meloxicam. The present invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such combination, and the use of said combination and pharmaceutical compositions for prevention and/or treatment of pain caused by different neuropathic etiologies.
