同种异体心脏移植手术麻醉处理进展

摘要

心脏移植是终末期心脏病的有效治疗方法。该文从麻醉诱导、麻醉维持、术中维护血流动力学的稳定、心脏移植后肺动脉高压及右心衰的处理、免疫抑制剂的使用这几个方面介绍麻醉处理进展。%At present,heart transplantation has become an effective therapy for patients with end -stage heart failure.This article reviews recent research about steady induction and maintaining of anesthesia ,maintaining stable hemodynamics ,the treatment of heart transplant patients with pulmonary hypertension , immunosuppression during perioperative period .
