肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义

摘要

目的 探讨肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)在人脑胶质瘤中的表达以及与微血管密度(MVD)和病理分级之间的相互关系.方法 22例低级别、36例高级别脑胶质瘤和8例脑外伤内减压脑组织标本常规做石蜡包埋切片,免疫组化SP法检测各组标本中TAMs计数和MVD值,分析二者间及其与病理分级之间的相互关系.结果 高、低级别胶质瘤组及脑外伤对照组中的TAMs计数均存在显著性差异,且TAMs计数与微血管密度(MVD)呈明显正相关(r=0.620,P＜0.05).结论 TAMs能促进人脑胶质瘤的微血管生成,并可以作为病理分级的参考指标.%Objective To explore the expression of the tumor associated macrophages (TAMs) in human gliomas,and to investigate its relationship to the microvessel density (MVD) and the pathological grading.Methods A total of 66 specimens (22 low grade gliomas,36 high grade glioamas and 8 decompression tissues of brain injuries)were collected and the counts of TAMs and MVD were detected.The relation between TAMs and MVD,and their relation with the pathological grading were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in TAMs counts among three groups,and TAMs counts were correlated with intratumoral microvessel density (MVD) positively (r =0.620,P ＜0.05).Conclusion TAMs can promote the angiogenesis of human gliomas,and the level of TAMs can be a parameter of its pathological grading.
