硝酸舍他康唑乳膏治疗婴幼儿花斑糠疹临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察硝酸舍他康唑乳膏治疗婴幼儿花斑糠疹的疗效及安全性.方法 入选的50例0～3岁花斑糠疹的患儿,均经真菌学检查及临床表现确诊,外用硝酸舍他康唑乳膏,2次/d,连用1～2周,观察其治疗后的真菌学变化及临床疗效.结果 50例完成治疗观察的患儿,一周真菌清除率为40％,临床有效率为48％;2周真菌清除率96％,临床有效率92％.停药后2周随访有效患儿无复发.仅2例出现轻微不良反应.结论 硝酸舍他康唑乳膏治疗婴幼儿花斑糠疹疗效肯定,安全性高,值得临床推广.%Objective To observe curative effect and safety of sertaconazole nitrate cream for pityriasis versicolor in infants.Method In 50 pityriasis versicolor cases of 0-3 years old children,both mycology examination and clinical diagnosis were performed.Sertaconazole nitrate cream was for external use only,twice daily,1-2 weeks.the mycology changes after treatment and clinical curative effect were observed.Results In 50 Patients underwent treatment,a-week fungal clearance rate was 40 ％,the clinical effective rate was 48 ％00;2-week fungus clearance rate 96 ％,clinical effective rate was 92％.No recurrence was observed on 2 weeks after the drug withdrawal.Only 2 cases had mild adverse reactions.Conclusion Sertaconazole nitrate cream is curative on infant pityriasis versicolor with high safety.
