基于建构主义学习理论培养护理人员科研能力的继续教育计划效果评价

摘要

Objective To evaluate the research capacity of a continuing education program for assisting nurses.Methods The nurses of two hospitals Grade Ⅲ were selected as research subjects ( intervention group and control group).The information on the program before and after intervention was obtained.x2 test was used to evaluate research achievements (number of papers published and number of research project) of both groups.Results There was no significant difference before intervention research,After intervention intervention group research popers for 42 article numher,average (0.53 ± 0.50 ) article,the control group for (0.15 ± 0.35 ),comparative differences between groups was satistically significant ( x2 =5.505,P =0.000).Conclusions The continuing education programs could effectively improve the research capabilities of nurses.%目的 对1项培养护理人员科研能力的继续教育计划进行评价.方法 以两所三级甲等医院护理人员为对象(干预组和对照组),收集该计划干预前后资料,对两组干预前后科研成果(论文发表数和科研立项数)实施x2检验.结果 干预后干预组科研论文数为42篇,平均(0.53±0.50);对照组为12篇,平均(0.15 ±0.35),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=5.505,P=0.000).结论 本继续教育计划有效地协助护理人员提高了科研能力.
