高频通气在单肺通气手术中的应用分析研究

摘要

Objective To investigate application effect by high frequency ventilation (HFV) in one-lung ventilation (OLV) operation. Methods A total of 55 patients receiving OLV in operation were divided by different ventilation measures into observation group (35 cases) and control group (20 cases), and they received respectively HFV and left one-lung ventilation. Comparison was made on blood gas indexes and hemodynamic indexes between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) level after ventilation as (192.8±115.3) mm Hg (1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa) than (129.5±100.5) mm Hg in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of HFV-assisted OLV shows ideal oxygenation effect. This method maintains good arterial partial pressure of oxygen level without influencing hemodynamics.%目的：探究高频通气(HFV)在单肺通气(OLV)手术中的应用效果。方法55例术中需行OLV患者，根据通气策略不同将其分为观察组(35例)与对照组(20例)，分别给予HFV和左肺单肺通气，比较两组血气分析指标和血流动力学指标。结果观察组通气后动脉血氧分压(PaO2)水平(192.8±115.3)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)高于对照组(129.5±100.5)mm Hg(P<0.05)。结论 HFV辅助OLV的氧合表现较为理想，可维持较好的动脉氧分压，且不会对血流动力学产生影响。
