Erα、Erβ及 Bcl-2在子宫内膜息肉患者组织中的表达及意义评价

Objective To investigate expression condition and significance by estrogen receptor α(Erα), estrogen receptor β (Erβ) and B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) in tissues of endometrial polyp patients. Methods There were 100 patients with endometrial polyp as observation group, and 100 healthy female with normal endometrium as control group. Comparison was made on expression levels of Erα, Erβ and Bcl-2 between the two groups. Results ① The observation group had obviously higher expression levels of Erp, Erp and Bcl-2 in proliferating phase than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P0.05). ② The observation group had obviously higher expression levels of Erp and Bcl-2 in proliferating phase than those in secretory phase, and the difference had statistical significance (P0.05). ③ The observation group had obviously higher Bcl-2 expression level in proliferating phase than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P0.05). The difference of expression levels of Erp and Bcl-2 in secretory phase had statistical significance between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Endometrial polyp patients shows remarkable differences of expression levels of Erp and Bcl-2 in comparison with healthy people. Therefore, detection in expression levels of Erp and Bcl-2 can judge occurrence and severity of endometrial polyp, along with great clinical significance.%目的：探究雌激素受体α(Erα)、雌激素受体β(Erβ)及 B 淋巴细胞瘤2(Bcl-2)在子宫内膜息肉患者组织中的表达情况以及意义。方法100例子宫内膜息肉患者设为观察组,100例子宫内膜正常的健康女性设为对照组,比较两组研究对象 Erα、Erβ、Bcl-2表达水平的差异。结果①对照组增殖期 Erα、Bcl-2表达水平明显高于分泌期,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。②观察组增殖期 Erα、Bcl-2表达水平均明显高于分泌期,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。③增殖期观察组 Bcl-2表达水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。分泌期两组Erα、Bcl-2表达水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对于子宫内膜息肉患者,其 Erα、Bcl-2水平与健康人员有明显差异,因此,可通过对 Erα、Bcl-2表达水平的检测来判定是否发生子宫内膜息肉以及息肉病情程度,临床意义重大。
