内侧开放式胫骨高位截骨联合关节镜治疗膝关节骨关节炎的短期疗效观察

摘要

目的 总结分析内侧开放式胫骨高位截骨联合关节镜治疗膝关节骨关节炎的短期疗效.方法 选取2016年4月至2017年8月在本院行内侧开放式胫骨高位截骨联合关节镜治疗的膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎患者30例(均为单膝),采用美国膝关节协会评分(American knee society knee score,KSS)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、股胫角(femorotibial angle, FTA)等指标对疗效进行评估与分析.结果 30例患者均获得随访,随访时间1.5~6.0个月,患者术后膝关节疼痛情况及下肢力线均明显改善,截骨部位均骨性愈合,无一例出现术后感染等并发症.患者术后KSS评分、VAS评分和FTA等指标与术前比较均明显改善,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 内侧开放性胫骨高位截骨联合关节镜治疗膝内侧间室骨关节炎,短期随访临床效果显著,而中远期疗效有待进一步随访研究.%Objective To observe the short-term curative effect of internal open tibial osteotomy combined with arthroscopy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method A total of 30 patients (All for single knee) treated during April.2016 and August.2017 were involved. The curative effect was evaluated using American knee society knee score(KSS), visual analogue scale(vas), and femorotibial angle (FTA). Result During the follow-up of 1.5-6 months, both knee joint pain and lower limb strength were significantly improved. Osteotomy bone healing is good, no postoperative infection and other complications. The postoperative ASS score,VAS score,and FTA were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion The internal open tibial osteotomy combined with arthroscopic surgery is suitable for the treatment of patients with medial interphalangeal osteoarthritis associated with varus, thus showing good short-term curative effect. The long-term efficacy needs to be further observed.
