Objective:To explore the impact of hypertension self-management health education intervention to self-management capabilities in western rural areas.Methods:200 patients with hypertension in this region were divided into study group and control group with 100 cases each group,study group was given self-management health education intervention emphasizing cooperation,mutual aid in patients and families involved.the control group was given conventional management of hypertension,changes of self-management behavior,self-management performance and health outcomes were observed after six months intervention.Results:After six months self-management health education,self-management behavior of study group significantly improved,and the indicators improved more serious than the control group,the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05);decrease of systolic and diastolic blood pressure of study group were greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);in health functional status,improvement of diseases impact on life in the study group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education of hypertension self-management in community and rural can improve patient disease self-management skills,control hypertension effectively,reduce the impact of disease on life,and it can improve the poor hypertension management and low coverage in rural areas.%目的:探讨西部农村地区高血压患者健康教育行为干预对其自我管理能力的影响.方法:选择本地区高血压患者200例,分为组研究组和对照组各100例,其中研究组患者给予高血压管理健康教育,强调医患合作,病友互助,患者及家属参与,对照组患者给予常规的高血压管理模式,观察两组干预半年后患者自我管理行为、自我管理效能及健康结局改变情况.结果:自我管理健康教育半年后,研究组自我管理行为明显改善,且各指标改善优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血压控制情况研究组收缩压舒张压下降幅度大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),健康功能状况中,研究组疾病对生活的影响改善,也明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对农村高血压患者进行高血压自我管理健康教育,可提高患者疾病自我管理能力,有效控制高血压,减少疾病对生活的影响,可改善农村地区高血压患者管理差,覆盖率低的现象.
