活性维生素D对肾移植受者术后钙磷代谢平衡的影响

摘要

目的:研究活性维生素D的临床应用对肾移植受者术后血钙,血磷及甲状旁腺激素(PTH)的影响.方法:回顾性分析在我院随访的肾移植且移植肾功能正常的受者54例,其中19例在肾移植术后1月开始使用活性维生素D,另35例为对照组,分析术后1年两组患者之间血钙,磷及PTH的变化.结果:与对照组相比,活性维生素D治疗组术后1年血钙水平显著性增高[(2.41±0.21)vs(2.22±0.24)mmol/L,P<0.05],血iPTH水平显著降低(65.54±26.35 vs 102.45±37.46,P<0.05),而血磷水平两组间无显著差异[(1.044±0.18)VS(0.97±0.27),P>0.05].结论:活性维生素D的使用能有效改善肾移植受者术后血钙、磷的代谢平衡,并降低血iPTH水平,能有效预防肾移植受者术后继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的发生.%Objective To establish quality standards for Hua Huang Methods: 10 batches ofyellow birch were measured moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash and water-soluble extract, using TLC and HPLC method to identify and detect ergosterol Results: Mean moisture 15 4%, total ash9 4%, acid insoluble ash 0 2%, water-soluble extract34 5% Ergosterol spots in TLC chrornatography were clear, separation is good The liner range of the determination of ergosterol was (0 05056-1 5168 u g), the regression equation was Y = 149 × 106X-9245 2 r = 0 9999 The average sample recovery was 98 17% RSD 2 83% Conclusion: The qualitative and quantitative method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for qualify control of Hua Huang
