机械通气患者不同水平呼气末正压(PEEP)对中心静脉压的影响

摘要

目的:观察不同水平呼气末正压(PEEP)对机械通气患者中心静脉压的影响.方法:选择我院行机械通气并监测中心静脉压的患者52例,观察患者PEEP(0、3、6、9、12和15)cmH2O6个水平条件下中心静脉压:心率、平均动脉压、血氧饱和度的变化.结果:中心静脉压随着PEEP水平逐渐升高而增加,PEEPl5cmH2O时,中心静脉压均显著高于其他各PEEP水平时(P<0.05);脱机时血氧饱和度明显低于不同PEEP水平时(P＜0.05);心率和平均动脉压无明显变化.结论:随着机械通气时PEEP水平的增加,中心静脉压有逐渐增加的趋势.%Objective:To observe the influence of different levels of PEEP on central venous pressure of mechanical ventilation patients; Methods:52 patients of our company who accepted meehanical ventilation and whose central venous pressure was monitored were selected, changes of central venous pressure, heart rate, mean arterial pressure and oxygen saturation of patients under six level conditions of PEEP(0,3, 6,9,12 and 15)comH2O were observed.Results:The central venous pressure was increased gradually with increasing PEEP levels, the central venous pressure was significantly higher than that in other PEEP levels(P＜0.05 )in PEEP 14cmH2O;offline blood oxygen saturation was significantly lower than different PEEP levels(P＜0.05);and heart rate and mean arterial blood pressrue did not change.Conclusion:central venous pressure had gradually increased trend along with increase of PEEP evels in mechanical ventilation.
