目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆漏及胆管损伤的常见原因及临床诊断和治疗方法.方法:回顾性分析采用腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗疾病后出现胆漏及胆管损伤的11例患者资料,总结其发生并发症的原因,分析临床诊治措施.结果:11例患者中,4例患者为术后24h内发现,7例患者为术后48h内发现.患者损伤原因主要包括肝外胆管损伤3例,胆囊管残段钛夹脱落1例,迷走胆管损伤3例,胆总管热损伤4例.所有患者均痊愈出院.结论:对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后发生胆漏及胆管损伤的重点在于预防,做到早期发现,积极治疗,以促进患者早日康复.%Objective:Of bile leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and a common cause of bile duct injury and clinical diagnosis and treatment .Methods [Retrospective analysis of the use of laparoscopic cholecystectomy bile leakage after treatment of the disease and 11 patients with bile duct injury data, summarize the reasons for its complications, analysis of clinical measures.Results:ll patients, 4 patients within 24 hours after surgery found that 7 patients were found after 48 hours. The main reason patients with damage including extrahepatic bile duct injury in 3 cases of cystic duct stump titanium clip off in 1 case, the vagus bile duct injury in 3 cases, common bile duct heat injury in 4 cases. All patients were cured.Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for biliary leakage and bile duct injury with emphasis on prevention, so early detection, aggressive treatment, in order to promote patient recovery.
